| <code>expired_timebounds</code> || The signing window closed before your signature arrived. || Do not hand-patch a new XDR. Call rebuild (or wait for the watchdog); a fresh version appears and everyone is told.

| <code>content_mismatch</code> || Your signature does not verify against this transaction's hash. || You signed something else — a mutated envelope, or an older version. Re-fetch and sign the hash you were given.

| <code>superseded_version</code> || You are acting on a version that has been replaced. || Fetch the card again; only the latest active version accepts signatures.

| <code>sequence_collision</code> || Another card already reserved this source account + sequence. || Check the holder named in the error. One of the two is stale — rebuild it, do not race it.
