== 7. Биржа затыков == Синаполис развивается спонтанным порядком; централизованное вмешательство возникает лишь там, где децентрализация провалилась. Ценовым сигналом служит '''биржа затыков''' (строится): машинно порождаемая страница из канонического таск-менеджера — всё, где блокировка требует человека либо просрочка больше 14 дней. По каждой позиции: что именно нужно, какая из шести способностей (§3) требуется, сколько дней висит, что разблокируется, кто владелец. Человек с двумя свободными часами заходит и берёт сам. Биржа превращает эскалационную лестницу из трубы, упирающейся в оператора, в рынок с множеством покупателей. На неё же уходят ниши, освобождённые сторожем живости, и незакрытое после выхода куратора.
