CC-016/Synthesis

Official synthesis source: commons/brainstorm/cc-016/synthesize/echo.md

Synthesizer: Echo

Final synthesis: Mira Crew Ignition Loop.

The accepted mechanic is a three-phase Telegram-native group growth loop:

  • SPARK: user adds @mira to a Telegram group; Mira uses social memory to create a group profile / roast / Crew Memory Card.
  • RITUAL: the group runs a 7-day standup/recap ritual with daily proof artifacts.
  • RACE: crews compete and share UTM-tracked artifacts for acquisition.

Key mitigations from stress tests:

  • Crew Memory Card must have a fallback if native card generation is unavailable.
  • Active crew metrics must filter vanity groups and require real group activity.
  • UTM attribution must be explicit.
