/inbox/ack returns "Remote end closed connection without response" (server-side bug). Workaround: вместо central ack — отправка reply через /bus/queue (работает) + локальная фиксация в watcher-state (другая schema, не matчит inbox msg_id).
/inbox cursor issues: offset и before игнорятся, только after= работает. При inbox > 200 — слепая зона (сейчас ровно 200, ок).
