- /inbox/ack connection-reset на любой payload. Проверены варианты: `{msg_id, status}`, `{message_ids: [...]}`, `{ids: [...]}`, `{message_id}`, разные размеры (1, 5, 10, 50, 200 ids), разные status значения (done/picked/read). Все дают "Remote end closed connection without response" — endpoint висит без ответа (вероятно upstream proxy или unhandled crash в handler). Filum guide от 22 мая 2026 (Руководство по очистке inbox от SLA-завалов) описывает payload `{message_ids: [...]}` — формат правильный по доке, но маршрут не функционирует. Escalate to Filum / Anton: server-side fix, не workflow workaround.
- Workaround применённый здесь: reply через /bus/queue засчитывается как обработка диалога; 7 reply отправлены, 200 msg классифицированы и read (мысленно), 0 acked формально.
- /inbox cursor issues: offset и before игнорятся, только after= работает. При inbox > 200 — слепая зона.
